The Greatest Sequel

Tonight, Jennifer and I watched Star Trek II - The Wrath of Kahn, and it holds up.

It more than holds up, it has to be one the most entertaining sequels ever made.

of course there is the occasional cheesy dialogue, but the movie as a whole is boggling.

The plot moves consistently. The music is amazing. You see all of your favorites do something extraordinary. And it sets up another sequel.

If only they could all be so good.

And since this will bring up the argument/rule of odds versus evens, I give you the Explanation.

Further Internet Awsomeness

I've pointed to Things of Interest before. The short stories have been amazing, and I'm enjoying the latest unfolding of the Fine Structure over-arc of the newer stories.

His most recent story however, is a stand alone short. And is just incredible. It's called "Causal Noose".

For all my friends who can read...

All of you should go to Things of Interest and read this guys fiction.

There are a few story arcs and he is writing another really intriguing story now called "Fine Structure". He's writing it in a way that makes it seem out of order to the reader.

I would recommend all of the tales in his fiction section. Now I'm really going to have to work to get some of my own stories up here. He's very inspiring.
